Air-Cape Cod provides a wide variety of services to current and potential AirBnB Hosts who seek to minimize the hassle of renting their properties on AirBnB (and other services like VRBO, HomeAway, WeNeedaVacation.com, etc.) while maximizing revenues.
The services we offer are grouped into three main categories:
- AirBnB MANAGEMENT, where we actively mange a variety of jobs you need done in order to rent (Creating effective listings using professional staging and photography, responding to guest inquiries, scheduling cleaning and other contract services, key exchange, drive-by, 24/7 Guest Support, etc.), and,
- AirBnB HOST CONSULTING, where we offer the benefit of our expertise to determine the value of your property on the rental market, tweaks to enhance it’s value, essential must-haves for successful hosting, how to increase ratings and positioning on the AirBnB site, etc.
- AirBNB “EXPERIENCE” DEVELOPMENT, where we work with hosts to develop structured immersive experiences for AirBnB guests from all over the Cape based on the host’s unique interests, talents and experience.
