We offer both Key Exchange and Drive By Service as standalone products, starting at just $24.99 and include it in all our service packages. These are essential components of professionally managing your AirBnB listing – we meet your guests face to face, discuss the features of your property and verify that everything seems right. We let them know that we live in the area and will be driving by from time to time. AUTOMATIC NOTIFICATIONS:

We let you know when your guests arrive, and notify you immediately if we have any questions or suspicions about them. We notify you when they leave, how they left the house. We write the AirBnB reviews and rate your guests. If they have any problems with your property or if your neighbors have any problems with your guests, we let you know immediately. Based on your personal preferences we’ll let you know when the cleaning is done, or when any other contract services are completed. We keep you up to date on every detail by text, email or phone, whichever method of contact you prefer.
