“Experiences” are a fabulous new product being rolled out by AirBnB that allows any host with a skill, passion or special knowledge to share that with AirBnB guests as an excursions or other activity. Hosts give guests unique access into places and communities in their city.
Hosts can offer both immersions and one day Experiences. Immersion Experiences happen over multiple days and are offered as is—their schedules can’t be modified. One day Experiences can last just a couple of hours. All experiences can range from workshops to long treks, and are available for various skill levels and interests.
“Experiences” are a significant development in the sharing economy, allowing hosts to share their life experience for a profit. As with regular, traditional AirBnB Hosting, Experience Providers with a quality concept can earn a decent part time income.
Air-CapeCod identifies areas of interest to our visitors and seeks out unique, talented individuals who’s interests and experience might capture those interests. We then work with those individuals to develop and market an “Experience” 
program through AirBnB.

AirBnB is developing “Experiences” internationally and in certain markets across the country. At this time Cape Cod is an area under consideration for launch, and should be listed on the AirBnB site soon.
