  • We insure your home and our guests through the AirBnB Homeowners Insurance Policy plus our own liability policy.  AirBnB offers $1,000,000 in liability and $1,000,000 in property damage per rental.  Our property and liability umbrella policy ups those limits to $5,000,000 each per rental.
